AAVIMA (Association Accueils Villageois Malagasy en Action) is a Malagasy association dedicated to solidarity-based tourism. We work toward territorial development by promoting local resources and skills through tourism. Through village-based tourism, villagers become the direct actors of their own development, generating direct income that can improve their livelihoods. By mobilizing local communities, we collectively build a future in which territorial and socio-economic development is sustainable and aligned with the environment, culture, and identity of each village.
